A. We don’t want you stuck with a disc brake kit you can’t use. The first step is to figure out why it will not work for you and get you the correct parts. If for some reason you just don’t want it anymore, you can return the unused, rust free, and unpainted kit to us for a refund, minus a $30 charge for shipping and handling. Start the process here.

Q. How do I return or exchange an item?
A. First, contact us here. Once the return is authorized, ship the part(s) back to us in the original package. We will subtract $30 from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs. Be sure to buy insurance for the return shipment, as we’re not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit.
Q. What if you sent me the wrong part?
A. We’ll send you the right one ASAP. Call us 423-727-0265, and we’ll set you up.
Q. What if I ordered the wrong part?
A. We will gladly exchange it for the correct part. A small shipping charge may apply. Start the process here, so we can get you the correct part ASAP.

Q. Can I return or exchange a part for any reason?
A. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, return the unused, rust free, and unpainted kit to us for a refund minus a $30 charge for shipping and handling. Start the process here.
Q. Are there certain parts I can’t return?
A. Yes. Parts that have been used, painted, or damaged cannot be returned. We also can’t accept returns on custom kits or special orders. Please contact us at 423-727-0265 or email@example.com if you have questions about returns.
Q. Do I have to pay any restocking fees?
A. All returns are subject to a $30 shipping and handling fee to cover the cost to get it to you.
Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A. Yes. We strongly recommend you take it directly to USPS for shipping. Some places that specialize in shipping may try to charge you $100 or more, while the post office will charge you about $30.
Q. How long will it take to receive my refund?
A. Once we receive the part, we’ll process the return within a couple of business days. The credit card company may then take up to 3 days or longer to show up in your account.
Q. How long do returns take to process?
A. It depends on your bank or credit card company, but it should process within 5 business days.

Q. What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?
A. No. We recommend buying insurance for anything you ship to us.

Q. What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?
A. Our brackets are unconditionally guaranteed for life. Even if your vehicle is in a wreck, we will replace the bracket for free. All other parts have a 30 day warranty. If you need a replacement bracket just contact us to discuss.
