If you have a problem with the parts you ordered from us, we want to figure out why they aren’t working for you and get you what you need. Please contact us if you’ve got a problem and we’ll do our very best to take care of it.
If you’d like to exchange the parts you’ve ordered rather than return them, please call 423-207-2090.
But if we can’t solve your problem – or you no longer want the parts you ordered – you can return the unused, rust-free, unpainted, and otherwise undamaged parts to us for a refund. Finally, please note that your return is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, and that you are responsible for the return shipping costs (we suggest shipping via the US Postal Service for the best rate).
NOTE: No returns will be accepted without a completed return request form.
