Shipping Policy
Q. How much is shipping?
A. It depends on where you live. We ship for free via USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the USA and United States territories. The shipping charge to Canada is $175 for brake conversion kits, $100 for emergency brake kits and rotors, and other parts ship for $50. We ship internationally for a fee of $300 for brake conversion kits, $150 for emergency brake kits and rotors, and other parts ship for $75. Note that you may need to pay duties or any other taxes your country collects. We are not responsible for those charges.
Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. USPS Priority Mail.
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. No.
Q. Do you offer rush shipping?
A. Because everything ships Priority Mail, customers in the US usually receive their packages within 2-3 business days after placing the order. We don’t offer any other shipping method.
Q. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A. Whenever possible, we process and ship orders on the same day they’re received. Generally, if an order is placed before 10am EST, it will ship same day. Special orders and custom kits may take an additional business day.
Q. Where are you located? How long does shipping take?
A. We’re located in Johnson City, Tennessee. We ship all our products via USPS Priority Mail, so if you live the United States, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days.
NOTE: Don’t worry if you only get one box before the other. Sometimes one box will get delayed a day by USPS, but we always ship both out the same day.
Q. Will you provide tracking information?
A. Yes, we will email your tracking information after your order ships. You will get one email for each tracking number – most orders have two tracking numbers.

A. Your card is charged as soon as you place the order.
Q. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
A. Though this rarely happens, we’ll ship it as soon as we have it back in stock.
Q. Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
A. We may be able to accommodate you. Please contact us to discuss.
Q. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do. The shipping charge to Canada is $175 for brake conversion kits, $100 for emergency brake kits and rotors, and other parts ship for $50. Q. What happens if you ship the wrong part?
A. In the rare instance this would happen, we’ll take care of our mistake, and it won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience. Just contact us. However, we can’t be responsible if we shipped you the part you ordered and it just didn’t fit. In that situation, you would need to go through the normal return process.

A. If the box damaged, please inspect it carefully. We pack our items in such a way that even if the box is destroyed the contents should be fine. Please contact us if damage occurs during shipping.

A. Please contact us with your vehicle info. We’re happy to help you find the exact part you need.
Q. What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?
A. If we sent you the wrong part, we’ll make it right. Please contact us as soon as you realize the parts you have don’t work.
If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to return it to us. To begin the return process, please contact us here. Please note: There is a $30 shipping and handling fee for all returned parts.
Q. What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?
A. Should this happen, let us know right away. However, if the package has already shipped, you’ll need to use the tracking information to intercept the package.
Q. What if I never receive an order?
A. We put a tracking number on everything we ship for precisely this reason. If you suspect that your order is lost or stolen, you definitely need to check the transaction number with USPS.
Q. What happens if I refuse the shipment?
A. Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. So, instead of refusing shipment, just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization. If you refuse a shipment, we may charge you an additional fee for our inconvenience.
